Today is the day of both good....and bad happenings to me....

The good happening......
The CCA Training today was ....how should i say.....tiring and great.....why tiring? The instructors was building up our stamina and endurance for the next few training sessions ahead.....so for starters....we did a slow jog ard the school track for 3 rounds....after that....we had to do 2 sets of 3 minutes of sitting against the wall....which was the toughest of them all....abt 2 sets of 20 and 2 sets of 15 push-ups.....4 sets of 20 horizontal sit-ups.....2 sets of 100 clanching ur fists.......2 sets of 20 and 2 sets of 15 half squats......n the last but not least....2 sets of 10 and 2 sets of 5(long) back push-ups....For the final part.....we played Captain's Ball....for 2 sets of 7 minutes.....that was the great part....From today's training....i learned that with teamwork and fighting spirit......we can overcome any obstacles....no matter how great it is......i learnt this when i was playing Captain's Ball....the team i was in was falling behind....4-7....but we caught up in the second half n proceeded on to sudden death......n my team won....it was bcos of teamwork and our fighting spirit that allowed us to win...

The Bad happening......
I called my friend.....abt passing her the x'mas present i bought for her....i went to her house void deck and called her...she said ok......she come down......but guess wat......i waited for an hr or so.....she she didn't come down.....she lied to me.......and that is wat i hate n m hurted by moz....she didn't bother to call me and tell me....Friendship is built on trust....she betrayed the trust i had in her.....she is the girl i like......but i went there to pass it to her......as a person who appreciates the friendship....as a friend....not as someone who is there to woo her.....i wouldn't push or force her for a reply......juz there to pass her a present of friendship....i value friendship.....i dun wish for friendship to ever end......if the friendship has to be broken.....it'll hurt me a lot.....but if it has to be done.....i rather b the one to initiate it.....though it'll pain me a lot.....better to b the one to initiate than be the one to hear it......i hope she reads this.....for our friendship is dangling on the line......There is still a chance to salvage it.....it is only if she wants to.....
