Today's GL training.....unexpected....ran ard the sch....not three rds ard the track...but 1 rd ard the sch....n it was showering there....quite tiring...juz wish that my legs wouldn't ache tmr.....hahaha....after the jog....learned the GLs rap...new to all of us...even the instructors learn not long ago only....we are the first batch to be introduced to the GLs rap....muz practise n memorise man.....

yawnz...tired liao....got to go n slp....slp well people!
